“TOGETHER WE FLY”
For us, it’s a metaphor for how we like to work. Part skill, part improvisation. Always paying attention. In the work. It doesn’t just look good, it feels good. We’ve always got a record on in the studio.
Not smooth jazz. Old jazz. Timeless jazz. For us, it’s a metaphor for how we like to work. Part skill, part improvisation. Always paying attention. In the work. It doesn’t just look good, it feels good.

"SO MUCH TO LIVE FOR"
Pendolino celebrates deliciously simple food and the enjoyment of time around the table. Taking up an Italian disposition, one where eating and culture are inseparable, Pendolino proudly offers Chastain Park a classy-casual neighborhood place.
In collaboration with chef/owner, Kevin Maxey, we built an airy and whimsical identity system to capture the spirit of cocktail hour (or hours) on the riviera.

We dove deep into the archives of Italian typography and signage, inspiring a variety of sturdy wordmarks and gestural illustrations to be used across the restaurant experience. The contrast of these elements create a simple, yet dynamic backdrop for Chef Maxey's dish to be the main course.

Jonathan & Jason are a rare breed of co-designers that have unlocked the secrets of good design. Their work is deceptive in its simplicity and dazzling in its elegance. It has the ability to transport you to another time and another place, and the love they show for their projects and their clients shines through. From the initial design brief through all of the follow up, these guys get it right.
